Use this interactive map to see if your Chino Hills residence is included in the upcoming Service Day Change Project, which begins the week of February 2, 2026.
How to Use the Map

To check if your service day is changing:

  1. Enter your address in the “Search for your address” bar below.
  2. Only impacted homes will display a service day change.
  3. Check the color of your home or neighborhood.
  4. Match the color of your home to the “New Service Day Legend” in the top-right corner to find your new pickup day.

Please note:

  • If your home is part of the service day change, you should have received a notice via mail in December 2025.
  • If you did not receive a notice, your home is not part of the change, but you can still use this map to confirm.
  • If you live in a multi-family communities that has unit numbers, please make sure to check the trash collection day of the main address or unit one. If your specific unit is not showing up, this detailed notice should help you determine the correct day.
  • Only impacted homes will appear. If your address doesn't show up but your neighbor's does, please contact WM Customer Service at (800) 423-9986 to verify your account details.
